Discovery insure treating their clients like ****.

It is with utter disappointment that i have to write what bad service Discovery Insure has given me and my broker in fact.<br> <br> On my original quotation it was agreed that my vehicle would not require the DQ - Track to be installed. Seriously my car is not worth more the 180k. After agreeing to this arrangement i accept and we move on. Three moths later my cover gets revoked due to my car not having the DQ-Track installed. My broker tried endlessly to get a updated policy that has this specified...this took 2 moths for discovery to arrange this, now my premium has gone up because i do not have this fitted. This was not part of the arrangement and we have all the emails to prove this.<br> <br> I have medical, short and long term insurance with discovery. I would gladly cancel all of them.
