Discovery Insure Tops because of Shafick Allow - Retensions Dept

After receiving the annual premium increase information, I decided to compare insurance companies. Discovery Insure was NOT the cheapest and therefore I cancelled by Insurance with them. Shafick Allow from the Retentions Department gave me a call and explained to me that because I have Vitality and is considered as a good driver I can receive a lot more cash back as well as a reduced monthly premium.

If it wasn't for Shafick I would have surely cancelled my Discovery Insurance. He even convinced me to consider Discovery Bank.
