Discovery Insure to use **** parts on my BMW!
Beware when considering Discovery Insure!! Discovery want to use no name parts on my BMW! I have been in an accident and lodged my claim, to this day I have not received a call from the consultant allocated to assist me! The tow truck came to fetch my vehicle without me receiving any notice from Discovery! After running after Discovery to get the assessment done, I am now informed that as my vehicle is no longer under warranty they will not be putting in original parts to repair my vehicle back to its original, but will go the cheaper route of no name parts!

30 Oct 2020, 14:49It is now 3 days later and I am not getting anywhere with Discovery! If this is what URGENT means to Discovery, I feel sorry for anyone that has a heart attack and needs Discovery's help! Discovery never calls me, so there's actually no service! I was told 48 hour turnaround to receive assessment report, it is well over 48 hours and even after my numerous calls and leaving messages for claims manager Jathin to call me, I have not received a call to date! Add to this when you call Discovery's call centre you go through loops and when its time to talk to a consultant the call conveniently drops, this has happened on several occasions to me! I am utterly disgusted at Discovery!
