Discovery Insure - Third Party ghosts.........useless crowd! Avoid them at all costs.

Hello Hello, hope you are all fine. Let me try to warn you all for a useless insurance company Discovery Insure. I have never seen a more useless crowd as this. And specially the Third Party claims department. A person names Eli Munnell seems to be a casper the ghost in that company. I know that insurance companies are always trying to rip people off, but this gentleman is the master is useless-ness. I actually asked gim if he is still alive........and I think he is not any longer. His colleagues in the same useless team confirmed that the Discovery Insure department really exists......but I think its a ***** deparment. Filed a claim in February and untill today, no feed back at all from these useless people. Specially the Casper the Ghost.....mr Eli Munnell. So, if you can avoid this company........please do so.......saves you lot of time and irritation. Useless crowd.
