Discovery Insure Third Party Claim

Had a third party claim with them in December 2020. Their client reversed into my stationary vehicle in a parking lot. I had to follow up several times, countless emails & a few phonecalls before the claim was eventually finalised in February 2021.

the blasé attitude of Nonkululeko Kolanisi who dealt with the third party claim, leaves much to be desired. She only reacts when you call her. She does not voluntarily responds to emails sent. I found it frustrating having to chase up.

The duration it took for this third party claim in my opinion was too long. If ever I am in the market to change Insurer, I most certainly will NOT sign up with Discovery Insure.
