Discovery Insure *******

So about a month or two about i phone Discovery Insure for a quote on my household and vehicle .So after being told that an tracking device needed to be installed i then didn't want the insurance.A few days pass then someone called me to confirm if i still want the insurance ,i made it clear to this person that Im not interested due to the fact that i didn't want any tracking devices installed on my vehicle.On the 26 November i then get an sms stating that discoveryInsure deducted money from my account (Please keep in mind that i didn't authorize this ).I called Discovery the following day stated my case and i was guaranteed that ill be getting my money today(06/12/2017) .Low and behold im still waiting on these ****** to deposit my money back into my account .I called in again this morning and the agent told me i hold to wait another 48 hours. SO DISCOVERY WHY DO I ANOTHER 48 HOURS TO GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER YOU STOLE IT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!
