Discovery Insure - The worst insurance company ever

I was involved in an incident the 19th of January where their client was at fault. I submitted all documentation more that a month ago. I have e-mailed the person handling the claim many times without reply. The only time I got feedback is if I log a complaint on their Website. I was promised feedback by the latest 27 of Feb. Followed up again, but no feedback. Discovery does not care that I have to drive using hand signals because of the damage caused by their clients almost 6 weeks ago. I would never insure with them is this is the kind of service they offer to the 3rd party. Totally unprofessional
