Discovery Insure the worst experience ever!!

This is by far the worst experience with discovery insure I've ever had. From the 26th Jan from submitting a claim I've yet to receive the settlement. I was promised in the beginning that claims take upto 30 days to settle of which I thought was rather long since they have everything they needed to process it. It's now seven weeks and when enquiring with the lady dealing with the claim Miss Nonhlanhla I am told she has other things like a project she is also dealing with and with get to mine when she can. Eventually after waiting a few more weeks on the 28th Feb they finally decide to send me the offer and release form tell me it will take 5-7 working days for payment and now it's been nine working days and upon calling she tells me she doesn't know why or what happened but hopefully they will get to it this week because there is some backlog?? This service is seriously appalling. I will most certainly avoid Discovery Insure in the future.
