DISCOVERY INSURE THE WORST

It is so frustrating dealing with Discovery Insure. When you have a claim it is never an easy process. There are Always issues and stories and delays. I have to call and follow up continuously. They always have to send out a company or someone to inspect and verify your claim and as a result ,delaying payouts even after the whole process they still don't pay you timeously or get the issue sorted. I have to follow up on payouts of the claim. I regret ever leaving my previous insurer, OUTSURANCE that never ever had hassles with me claiming. I'm in the process of leaving Discovery Insure ,i can't leave soon enough. The immense frustration when claiming, i cannot put into words.
