Discovery Insure - Terrible Service

Nearly a year I have been waiting for a recording to be shared with me , the Retentions team just ignore my emails.. Ebrahim & Koketso you should be ashamed to represent Discovery, you bring their name into disrepute.. Now after waiting a year they just increase my insurance policy by 25% without a word.. I get put through to Ebrahim again and he just says that is the way we cover our risk and he it won't change.. Wow Discovery Insure this is very disappointing that you think it is ok to treat your clients in this manner.. You won't be getting my business anymore
