Discovery Insure terrible service

I insured a laptop and a phone for R15000 and R7000 respectively. Instead of replacing these with the same or similar products at the insured value I was give less than what I paid for. I expressed my dissatisfaction but they seemed not have cared,

My claim number was ***.

Now recently I had an accident far from home and was not afforded a sleeping arrangement nor was organized a car, I had to spend money to drive to Kimberly to get a flight and helped them get me a car at OR Tambo.

am not happy at all with the service of which I have been paying continuously for years without fail.
