Discovery insure terrible experience

Discovery insure is the worst insurance under the sun, our employee was involved in an accident in May 2024 after towing the car for assessment, they informed us that our car it's a writeoff, told us to complete change of ownership form and email to them, to also provide adress to collect the keys and vehicles paper.

Then all of a sudden they sent us an email stating that they will no longer cater for business clients. Just after that they started changing the tune and later told us that vehicle tyers are bad, then rejected our claim and then left our Vehicle at the Auctioneers for us to collect without even providing us with the location. We had to call countless times to get the location after 5 days.

On the rejection letter they never even gave us an option for internal dispute they just thrown us to the woods , telling us to dispute via Ombudsman. Clearly they didn't care about us anymore.

I have lost respect for this company they really let us down in time of need. Mandisa and Naomi very rude and negligent, Sirisha care less that one
