Discovery Insure - Terrible client service

I had a vehicle hit into my car while it was parked outside my house. The vehicle was picked up by a registered Discovery tow truck driver, the car was taken to Island Auto Brakenfell without my approval. My car has since been there for 3 months. I call the discovery claim line almost daily and email continuously but no response. The only feedback is "waiting for parts", my car has now been at the panel beater for three months and Discovery makes no attempts to escalate the matter or to find out why the service provider has not completed the repairs. I have been given manger email addresses for Discovery but the managers could not be bothered to contact me either. I have no idea how to get my vehicle back and no idea what sort of condition it is in now given the fact that it has been there at a very questionable service provider for over three months now. I would never recommend Island Auto or Discovery Insure to any future client. Do not insure your car with them.
