Discovery Insure - Terrible After Sales Service

Would not recommend Discovery Insure to anyone. I haven't been receiving my cash backs for the last three months and my trips are not being recorded correctly. I have been trying to contact both my broker and the BC assigned to him. The BC has just been reading my messages with no response. I would not recommend them at all.
