Discovery Insure takes 2 months to fix a bumper bashing

I pay top premiums at Discovery for my car insurance, not to mention all the other services I have with them, have been for some time. I was recently involved in a bumper bashing. This was at the end of January. It has taken them a month and a half to fix my car, it is still being worked on, so it will likely end up taking two months. And it has taken me to constantly follow up and have my hire car extended. It has really been such an inconvenience and such an awful experience. Needless to say, I will be cancelling, not only my insurance, but all other services at Discovery after this experience. Terrible Discovery...for a very popular service provider that charge top dollar, you would expect more.
