DISCOVERY INSURE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

I had a break in and theft at my property and Manasseh Plaatjies is supposed be assisting in resolving my claim. It has now been a week and I still have nothing. My understanding is that a claim is supposed to be resolved within 48 hours.

I sent Manasseh an email on Thursday 10/01/2019 and she responded promising that she would contact me on Friday 11/01/2019 stating that she needed more information from me. Despite her promise to contact me, I have heard nothing from her.

It appears that Discovery Insurance make commitments to clients but don't honour them or is it just easier to take our premiums and not honour our claims!!!

I have sent an email to Discovery Insure's Complaints department and all they did was forward my complaint to the person who is supposed to be dealing with my claim. I sent a message to Discovery Insure on their Messenger but still waiting for a response.

DISCOVERY INSURE, WHEN WILL MY CLAIM BE FINALISED?????
