Discovery Insure system problems & poor service

<p>We (Broker) have continious problems with Discovery Insure - we keep receiving incorrect quotes and schedules with incorrect premiums. They log system errors but we don't ever get feedback and problems do not get solved.</p> <p>The Broker call centre refuse to put us through to a Manager to discuss the issues and now we need to go, with the client, to Discovery Head office, hoping to meet with a Senior person / Manager to discuss the problems.</p> <p>This is very frustrating and time consuming.</p>
