Discovery Insure- Superb Claims Department-Charlene Davids what a gem!

<p>After experiencing a burglary at our apartment earlier this month, that left us pretty much cleaned out, the thought of having to deal with our insurance broker left us feeling rather aprehensive. My wife was in a state and we needed to do a lot to secure the house as not to deal with any future intruders. I logged a call with Charlene Davids of the Sandton Claims department on 7 June 2016 at 08:15am, from the first conversation we had, I knew that this lady was genuine and that she was going to do everything in her power to make sure that dealing with Discovery Insure was going to be as smooth as possible. I have been involved with her either via email or phone call almost every day for the last two weeks. We have wrapped up our claim today and she made sure that we were paid out the full amount that we were expecting. Her customer service is so good that she even called just to hear how my wife and I were holding up after the break in. This is something I have never experienced before. She has run our claim professionally and with genuine concern and empathy. I am so grateful that we have been able to deal with her and I am proud to say that I am a very HAPPY Discovery Insure customer. If you ever need to claim from Discovery Insure, I highly reccommend that you contact the Sandton branch and ask for her specifically. You will not be disappointed.
