DISCOVERY INSURE SUCKS BIG TIME

Bought a brand new Golf 7 2018 .Took out comprehensive insurance with no excess from them.On Sunday i had a break-in,my car window got smashed in the theft.Contacted these guys and was informed that i don't need to pay anything at all because i'm covered.They send me to Glasfit to replace window.When i got there,i was told to pay R450.00 as i did not specify that the car had smash and grab film on the windows.I explained to the insurer that i bought this brand new car directly from the dealer,together with smash and grab,and because of this,did not see the need to specify,as i was not aware of the modification??IF ANY.When i took out this insurance,i was never asked if there was smash and grab film on the windows,and for once did not know that smash and grab is being treated as an extra.I did not modify anything on the car,i bought this brand new car directly from the dealer.These guys now want me to supply them with the hp agreement to see if the smash and grab were extra.PATHETIC,JUST LOOKING FOR EXCUSES NOT TP PAY
