Discovery Insure sucks!

I have been battling to settle a minor claim for more than six weeks. Discovery Insure keeps making promises, but then goes on ducking and diving. Their own assessor stated that the claim needs to be settled, but I am still getting no response. Nobody is willing to take responsibility. Pathetic.
