Discovery Insure sucks!

After 10 years, Discovery Insure chose to pump up our premium with 76%, with no prior notice, just out of the blue. After enquiries, the feedback was that it is Discovery Insure's prerogative to increase the premium every year. That after 10 years they realised that our house is within a flood area, so this is the reason now. We did not have any floods in 10 years and the chances of being flooded in the future is getting slimmer as the munisipality has taken steps to prevent this. Utterly disgusted in them and I already cancelled my policy with them. If you cannot have the decency to send me a notice of premium increase, you cannot value me as a client. Good bye Discovery Insure. We have been helped elsewhere.
