Discovery insure sucks!

To anyone foolish enough to want to do business with this utterly *********** company - please re-evaluate your decision. We have had some bad luck this year with 4 claims we had to log, 1. claim for damage to our building during the massive rains we had in the beginning of 2022 - *took 4 weeks to complete* 2. third party drove into us *took more than a month* 3. a tv that fell and broke *took a week* 4. now a water pipe that burst, *going on third week*

I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt but I have just had enough of their poor service. Their management just does not seem to have a care in the world and they are never available for the public. What they sell you over the phone and the cover you get is 2 absolute different things.

I moved from Santam to them with the request to give me apples with apples - and i got dog poo to apples. Sacrificed great service from Santam for this *********** company.

so to anyone thinking of joining these ****s - DONT!
