Discovery Insure Still Completely Disorganised

I made appointments for 4 of our cars to be fitted with discovery trackers per their requirement. Two months on,'am still trying to get trackers installed! Discovery makes appointments, installer never comes or calls, we make another appointment, same thing happens. Over and over. Discovery you should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Worst service ever.. If I had known it would be this difficult and take this much time to switch to discovery insure, I never would have done it.
