Discovery Insure *****s your money

so where to start, I phoned to cancel my discovery insurance and they did not want to cancel it and just asked that someone can phone me first (I guess this is so that they can try and keep their client) after the phone call I knew they wouldn't cancel my policy so I sent them an email : "Hi,

I would like to cancel my car and home insurance with Discovery as of this month and will no longer need it from the 1st of March.

Please note this is my official notice as I have wasted my airtime trying to get hold of you, your staff is never available and always on lunch or out of office.

Thank you."

I phoned again and cancelled it over the phone with no luck and I received an email stating "Kindy confirm the cancellation date for your policy.

Where I responded: "Hi Duduzile, I don't need it for March, so Feb would be my last month,"

after no feedback I phoned again and I spoke to a gentleman which escalated it to the cancelation department, so I thought it has been cancelled. This morning I wake up and they took another premium from my account, I spoke to an consultant and they never cancelled it. After speaking to another guy this morning he just said he needs to escalated it, but it is past that point.

Honestly the reason why I cancelled in the first place was because of service and I wish I never wasted my time with Discovery insure
