Discovery Insure *****s R300 from my bank account

Where do I begin? Purchased 2 new vehicles and sold my old one only to have a new profile opened up on my partners name and happily be charged for 3 vehicles WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION. Then we move house and yes the premium would go up as expected all fair and well but then we have an upgrade on our cellphone contracts and I call in once again to change my policy where I am quoted R1500 or there about only to be charged R1700 WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION. So remember the three cars, yea we apparently sorted that out until I get a call about an incident on a car I don't own. So I call in to find out if I am paying for this but better it turns out they were still charging me insurance for my previous dwelling. After realising this stuff up and my premium to go up ANOTHER R300 the agent asks me to leave a positive review. I agreed that if he come back to me to sort this out I will gladly. Well today my debit order went off R300 for their mess up and WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION. I am still awaiting someone to return my call for a hail damage claim which according to your adverts no excess with what I am paying being the top level premium this should be no excess.
