Discovery Insure *****s money

I cancelled my insurance cover in August 2020 with an instruction to not debit my acc for September. They tool the premium inspite of acknowledgement of my cancellation. To day nobody from Discovery has contacted as their automated response email stated, I dtill have the tracking units if which they have not sent anyone to remove as promised. I mailed several times for my refund, logged queries on the Discovery website complained in the Discovery Facebook page.... No response at all. I had to go to the bank, reverse the debit and pay the R45 banking charge as thid amount could not be reversed via the banking app. Further to this i blocked them from ever taking another debit. Guess what they took another full premium from ny account a few days ago using a new debit link. Bunch of *******. I want somegro. Discovery to call me and return all the money thry are *****ing from me and also return my bank charges. Taking a debit when you are not authorised makes you a *****
