DISCOVERY INSURE - STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Its been weeks, I have not received any update in the status of my claim. The agent from Discovery all she (Boitshepo) ever says is that there is no update and she will get back to me. Days passes by and she still doesn't get back to me then I have to follow up again and again this has been ongoing for weeks now. She also initially told me I needed to pay R3000 excess for the incident which was incorrect, she books an inspection date and time without my approval of it. I ran around trying to contact Discovery 4 times trying to get the initial request logged. When you phone in and eventually get through to an agent and they don't have an answer they literally just put the phone down in your face. THEY TAKE THOUSANDS EACH MONTH BUT HAVE THE WORST CLAIMS PROCESSES.
