Discovery Insure stay away, they don’t pay!

After Authorising my claim and sending me a agreement of loss, Discovery has decided to reject my pothole claim, as my vehicle’s engine is leaking oil. Please note that I didn’t claim for the engine oil leak, but only the damages caused by the pothole. With Every Facebook and Hello Peter complaint, I’m promised that I’ll receive feedback, NONE HAS BEEN RECEIVED! Furthermore Tshepho Hlongoane is the MOST USELESS claim consultant ever. I’ve not spoken to this person once, as he/she is never available and HAS NEVER called me once, nor does he/she respond to my emails! I’ve been advised via the rejection letter to raise a dispute of I’m unhappy with the outcome of my claim, which I’ve done, but no response or confirmation has been received! I’m expected to have my vehicle towed from Discovery Insure’s storage yard, Auction Nation, at MY own expense, however no one can confirm at which branch it is. So is this how Discovery forces their clients to pay storage? I’ve lodged a complaint at the Ombudsman, and Discovery simply ignores the Ombudsman as well!
