Discovery Insure - Stay away!!
Stay Away!!! They are so helpful and quick to sign you up but when you actually need something, then it impossible to get hold of you "claims advisor" or any team leader. Had a vehicle ****** and recovered and it has been 2 months now and we still do not have the vehicle back from the panel beaters. Trying to phone in and speak to someone who can assist is a nightmare. Just Useless!!

23 Mar 2023, 11:15I re-iterate my statement - Stay Away from Discovery!! Since my review on 14 March, I received a reply from Discovery that this matter has been "escalated" and the lack of feedback will be addressed. What a joke - it is now 23 March and I still have no feedback and I still do not have my vehicle. Again, just useless!
