Discovery insure - stay away

Really a company that looks for every way to not pay a claim despite their poor panel shops and pathetic service. They have had my hybrid car for 3 months at a panel shop that understands nothing about hybrid cars and now when the battery failed they say it’s my problem. They collude withe dealerships and service providers and agree to pay 4 times normal fees to get reports that they want. They issue false reports and then refuse to give a copy of the final reports from experts. They use net assess to provide direction when the net assess assessor thinks a hybrid battery is a normal car battery. They call me to meetings and record the meeting but then misquote what is said in the meeting and refuse to give a copy of the recording.
