Discovery Insure Stay Away
Once again, if I could award 0 stars, I would gladly do so. I have reported a geyser problem, instead of one of their so called approved service providers a backyard business was assigned to do the repairs, needless to say, the repair was not done properly, no I have a cracked sealing that needs to be replaces as well as major electrical issues.

However the new service provider assigned is even worse than the previous two as the receptionist put the phone down in my ear as I was not available at the time they wanted to send the assessor. Who is the customer and who is the service provider?
