Discovery insure. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

On 22 February i was in an attempted hijacking and kidnapping. Today exactly 7 days ago i asked for a trauma counselor. They said i will receive a call the next day. Still waiting.

My car keys was taken and discovery refuse to pay for the quote from volkswagen. They only paid R2500 for a R6000 car key.

After sending every quote they requested they did nothing. Had to call AGAIN and they kept me on the line for 20mins.

Asking the person is this normal how they treat traumatized people he said he would call me back.

Thinking of canceling my discovery insurance, discovery medical aid and discovery life insurance.

This is the most pathetic service.
