Discovery insure. Stalking. Soliciting. Not listening.

I wish I could give zero stars. I really do. I am getting multiple calls per from Discovery insure, sometimes several a week, and have asked not to be contacted on every single one of them. You are unable to provide me with written confirmation that my information was obtained legally or that I consent to being solicited and called by you, on every single call (which are supposedly recorded), I have begged you, pleaded with you, asked nicely, and lost my cool on occasion, to please STOP calling me.

As I write this I'm reporting this to the Popia regulator and anyone who will listen, because you clearly don't.

When I say I have asked to be removed from your database, your employees have the audacity to quiz me on who I spoke to, and dates, and times.

Thus far, I have made it abundantly clear that I am not interested in being called for quotations, nor do I appreciate your sarcasm or lessons on how to remain calm from your employees. A man can only take so much before absolutely vomiting on someone over the phone, it's just a matter of time. I am fed up. Stop it now. Please. Sincerely, and in writing.
