Discovery Insure - Specialist Claim Department Is Like Non-Existent

Should have negative ratings for the Discovery Insure team in the specialist claim department. I had a query where the team was supposed to review the audio from a call with the consultant and still no feed back a month later

Really would like for someone in management in the specialist claim department to contact me as dealing with the consultants (Nombulelo Hegeni & Nelisiwe Nkosi) assist with nothing. Don't even get responses to my mails at all.

Disappointed on another level with the service from Discovery and reached a point of wanting to move insurance due to this service. Coming from a world class organization this is really sad.
