Discovery Insure so unprofessional

I have bad experience with discovery insure. I recently registered a claim with them and is been more than a month it hasn't been resolved. Their contact service is pathetic, they make you hold for very long and never call back. I feel they deliberately frustrating their clients. Their so called specialist are the worst and do not have any remorse. The Claim Specialist who was dealing with this Claim number *** is no where to be found how professional is that.... I feel we not treated as Discovery clients and will be cancelling our policy soon, can't carry on like this very depressing really... From Nonhlanhla
