Discovery Insure... so disappointed

I have no idea what was I thinking when I moved to Discovery insure... at the time you need them the most they prove to be a huge source of frustration and things move at a slow pace. Between the claims lady, the legal department and avis car rental I'm not sure if either of them know what they're doing. it's almost 2 months after my accident and I haven't had any communication from the legal department, avis can't confirm my refund and the claims centre clearly knows nothing about customer service let alone simple logic. i will be shopping for new insurance soon...i didn't become your client so I can have additional stress in my life!!!!
