Discovery Insure - Siya Mdlalose

As call centre's all go don't we generally despise them. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a call from a very well spoken gentleman, who immediately explain who he was. He then quoted my policy details, I instantly felt at ease because Siya wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't have any interest in. He informed me of valuable improvements that I could have on my policy. As three of the vehicles involved belong to my children I first wanted to discuss the idea with them, well this didn't happen for 3 days, yet everyday at the exact time Siya would phone and patiently accepted my explanation. On the third day he went over the benefits again and suggested options that would enhance my policy, which I found extremely helpful.<br> Thanks Siya for your wonderful attitude and thorough explanation.
