Discovery Insure - Shockingly bad service

Absolute worst service from an insurer ever! Had an accident on 18 March 2023. Hreat service from the initial agent during the emergency, after that disgusting service. Had to deal with a consultant who refused to discuss my concerns with me, did not answer me, accept for generic e-mails. Using bullying tactics to get me to sign over my vehichle (which was written off) and sent spare keys without even an Agreement of loss if any kind. Submitted a complaint on the 4th of April to the complaints e-mail with zero response! Only when an atterney got involved (who was also ignored by Discovery initially) did I receive a call with promises. After the documents and agreements were received as I requested all requested items sent by me. Now I am stuck again, zero response to e-mails, no acknowledgement of receipt or indication on when I will receive payment for my written off vehicle. Stay away! Stay away from Discovery Insure!
