Discovery Insure Shocking Service

Discovery Insure, what is going on.. 31 days now since I logged my claim for motor vehicle accident and to date there is no resolve. Despite multiple phone calls and emails you are still no closer to resolving this claim. My case is sitting with specialist claims consultants yet progress seems to be non existent. I been told that they are waiting for three quotations from suppliers which should take a maximum of three working days, it has now been 6 working days. Different agents are giving me different responses. I have complained twice on email, yet despite receiving reference numbers and false reassurance that someone will call me, I am being ignored. Can someone of authority from Discovery please address this matter and finalize this claim so that life can move on.
