Discovery Insure Shocking Disservice!

I've been a loyal customer of Discovery for many years. Have a claims free history. Recently my car was hijacked fortunately due to my excellent Security Company SOS (Save our Streets) it was recovered. This was 5 weeks ago today!

I still do not have my car back! I feel like a number not a client. My emails don't get response & my claim is still unresolved yet the car was unscathed. Throughout this whole process I've felt as though Discovery own my vehicle and will depict when & how I get the car returned! Its been shunted too & fro yet is nowhere closer to repair or being returned! Only when I contacted the assigned Panelbeater was I able to view my car. Discovery pride themselves in being a technology driven company but it lacks empathy & driven consultants to get their clients sorted. Certainly what they sell you & what you get are 2 very different things. All other possessions taken were "not covered" due to this clause or that paragraph! Even when calling in & speaking to various consultants one will tell you one thing & the next something else! So be very careful & mindful should you ever consider signing up with Discovery Insure!
