Discovery Insure, shocking company, appalling experience!
The most shocking and appalling experience ever, they don't even bother to assess your vehicle they just come up with a random payout, way less than the cost to repair, without even seeing the extent of the damage, don't answer emails or calls. They appoint the equally shocking Net Assess to "assess" your vehicle, these ****** just recommend a lower payout. The absolute worst insurance company in South Africa. Try very hard to never deal with these 2 companies, they are *****ed, inept and have zero care for their customers.
