Discovery Insure, shame on you!!!

Third party claim *** refers. I am not a Discovery insurance client, but the person who collided with my car is. First I was told by this Discovery client to contact Puseletso Monnametsi, who is handling the claim. I got no reply after 2 emails. I tried to phone Discovery after struggling to obtain their contact details on google and even on the Discovery website. After 8 attempts to phone Discovery and the phones were cut off, I spoke to a nice lady who said I should send a mail to *** but not to reply to this email address.. I got the claim form from another email address and told me that Nonkululeko Kolanisi. I sent my claim form with all the documentation on 12 February 2021 without a reply. I sent one yesterday, with no reply. I phoned the *** number but Nonkululeko is not there. I spoke to Themba who asked to send me the email to acknowledge. Still no response. Shame on you Discovery Insure. Your ad campaign on KFM is a farce!!!
