Discovery Insure - Shafick Allow is an ASSET!

I called the Discovery Insure call center this morning needing assistance with the activation of my vehicle insurance cover. I was put through to Shafick Allow in the Retention Dept in Sandton. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Shafick. He was extreme professional in addressing my query and assisted me 100% with resolving my issue. He very very thorough in explaining my cover to me, sent me all of the necessary documentation and still checking whether I had any further questions I need clarity on. This was probably the best service I have received in a long time from any of the Service Providers I have dealt with.
