Shafick is amazing and goes the extra mile. When I was not reachable he sent me an email, I explained in the email that I will be unable to take a call due to circumstances, he responded promptly and with compassion. He followed up on the day that I asked him to with another email and requested availability. Once I sent availability he called immediately. He was once again compasionate and explained everything with utmost care.

He is excellent and a real value add to Discovery Insure. I would gladlu work with him again.
