Discovery Insure - Shafick Allow

I had a recent administration problem with Discovery Insure and needed to get dates and revised premiums sorted out. I was contacted by Shafick Allow from their Retentions Department who talked me through all the details I had requested, plus another issue that I hadn't mentioned and he sorted everything out and emailed the revised policy immediately.
