Discovery Insure Setting the Benchmark for Other Insurers

I have been a Discovery Insure member for the past 2 years. During this period I submitted 2 claims. In both cases they were resolved within 7 days. On the last occasion I had extensive tar damage to the entire surface of my vehicle due to roadworks. Not knowing what to do and if my insurance will cover.
