Discovery Insure Service totally disgraceful

We have had an ongoing building claim with Discovery Insure since April 2023. The leak in our bathroom was attended to however a few days after the repair, the repaired wall started bubbling again. We were told that the contractor had painted the wall too soon and we needed to wait for the wall to dry out before they come back to repair again. Over a hear later, and the wall has still not been attended to. In the interim, more pin hole leaks have developed between the repaired wall and shower. The wall is clearly damp however they refuse to honour our claim. Their communication and client care is totally amiss. They have been totally off-hand with us. We have never missed a premium and are not multiple claimants. However now that we need to be put back in the position before the leak, they have an issue with honouring the claim. Very disappointed with Discovery and we will be moving our business elsewhere.
