Discovery Insure service the most appalling in the country??

It's always the greatest pity when reputable companies (multi-nationals) have spent millions of rands on ensuring that they maintain their good health brand check , then *********** nincom****s who work for them like Mzwakhe Radebe their claims consultant at Discovery have no sense of customer service rendering...It's my 3rd consecutive unpalatable experience with Discovery Insure and I would advise anybody that's still with this company to re-visit your decision..If it's how the company trains their staff , then I'm in awe as this could be plain down to *********** employees....I have requested call recordings let's see how transparent Discovery Senior management are in addressing excellent CX
