Burst water pipe in the ceiling. Called Discovery Emergency line. Spoke to a very helpful Brandon Pillay, who explained what the process was to follow. He arranged for a plumber and took charge of the situation. He called several times to see if they had arrived and if we were satisfied with the service. a charming and very helpful young man.
