Discovery Insure service is pathetic

Discovery always prided them on service but lately to get through on the helpline is a nightmare. When you eventually speak to a person they transfer you without having listened to the full story and then you get cut off and have to go through the entire process again just to get cut off again: I then called and asked to speak to someone senior as I am tired of being cut off and not repeating my story over and over. Lady kept me on hold for 20min and cut me off. Seriously time to start shopping around for nee insurance as the service at discovery is poor and if I had to rate them it would be -10
